This chocolate hazelnut espresso cocktail is so easy and a great alternative to post dinner coffee for entertaining guests.
First, I have some news to share. I've started to contribute recipes to a fabulous new recipe site called Food Fanatic. The site is a collection of stories and recipes from some really amazing food bloggers.
Each blogger writes about their own specialized area. I will be showcasing some of my vegetarian recipes. That's right! I have a savory side to cooking too and I'm excited to share my recipes with you over at Food Fanatic.
My first post at Food Fanatic is this Tofu Lasagna. It's packed with vegetables and so good you won't even know you're eating tofu. Trust me, I've tested it out on all kinds of picky eaters! So head over to Food Fanatic to explore the site and see the recipe for my Tofu Lasagna.
Now, back to the cocktail. Bread, lasagna, red wine- this is one of my favorite Italian meals. And for dessert? Tiramisu of course!
But, if you're entertaining with Italian food and don't have time to make dessert, you can always have an after dinner drink with my favorite Italian liqueur- Frangelico.
I love hazelnut anything and this is no exception. I know this drink doesn't look fancy and I was really tempted to add some whip cream or chocolate syrup. I gave it one sip, and said there's no way. I'm not telling you what to do but I think it's perfect just like this.
